Welcome to First Methodist Church! We are so glad you are here. Whatever your week has been like, whatever your life has been like, whatever you look like, and whether you believe what we believe or disagree with us, you are welcome in this place in the name of Jesus Christ.
Prayer requests can be texted to us at (806) 304-6649, or emailed to prayer@firstmethodist.church.
If this is your first time here, we have a gift for you! Visit the welcome table by the entrance, and a member of our Guest Connections Team will happily assist you.
Our nursery is available for infants to pre-k students. We believe in family worship, so your kids are welcome to stay in the worship service with you. We have a time for children during worship where kids are invited to come forward to hear from our children’s ministry team. If your children are joining you in worship, we offer “wiggle bags” filled with activities for your children to do during worship. Wiggle bags may be found at the back of the worship space by the entrance.

Are you ready to rock? Next Sunday, come to church in either black, red, purple, or pink. There will be prizes for the best-dressed, so this is your chance to put that black leather jacket to use, come decked out in Canyon High School gear, dig out that bright pink wig from Halloween, or find those red bell bottoms in the attic!
If you’ve taken a home a prayer ribbon for a specific prayer, and if God has answered that prayer, we’d like to know about it! On Sunday, July 20, we’ll have a special sermon about the “prayer ribbon prayers” that have been answered in our congregation. To submit your testimony, please email it to Pastor Matt.
The Amazon wish list for Camp Nova 456 and 712 is now live! If you’d like to financially support this summer’s camps, we hope you’ll consider making a purchase from this list, which contains supplies needed for recreation, classes and activities centered on spiritual growth, and more.
