Camp Nova (Latin for "new") is a summer camp where seventh through twelfth grade students are invited to come and be made new through Jesus Christ!

All students in grades 7 through 12 are invited to join us for Camp Nova 2024! We are so excited to see what God will do, and we want you to be there to experience it.

Camp Nova is seeking 100 individuals, families, businesses, or groups to donate $100 to help fund its future camps. Last year, Camp Nova welcomed over 350 campers and celebrated 11 first-time decisions to follow Jesus, 21 students who rededicated themselves to the faith, and 35 students who answered a call to ministry or the mission field. If you would like to support this important ministry of our church, please write a check to First Methodist Church with “Nova 100@100” in the memo line. Checks can be mailed to:

At Nova 2023, we had the pleasure of serving over 340 students, and that is no small task! Camp Nova cannot happen without individuals and families who give of their time and energy to help make Camp Nova a success.
As we look toward our next camp, we are looking to grow our pool of volunteers. Specifically, we are in need of individuals who would be able to help us load and pack before camp, and then assist with unloading once Camp Nova ends.
